Change Management
IT deployments can be complex and can impact business critical operations. We provide an assessment of the risks, impacts and mitigating actions for the potential deployment. Using ITIL Service Management principles we prepare your IT implementation request into a change management Tool to help change management board (CAB) assess and decide to either allow or deny the change window.
We provision:
- Raising the change ticket (use of tools such as Service Now or Remedy),
- Production of Technical Implementation Document detailing planned activity for a change window Spanning single or multiple phased events,
- Assessing technical risks to the business and mitigating actions (e.g would there be a service outage during the change window and its impact to the business operations),

- Documenting a Run Book (Sequence of Events) for the duration of the change window,
